Let’s ball toss this year! The ball in ball tossing is a symbol of the relationship between a man and woman. The ball tossing creates a connection and guides them to get to know one another so they can get married and live happily together. Back in the days we used to have lines of ball tossers, let’s keep this tradition alive and play for fun!

This year for Hmong Colorado New Years on Saturday, November 30th 2019, Miss Hmong Colorado, Nouchi Lo, is doing an activity involving ball tossing. If Miss Hmong Colorado or one of the Miss HCP members spots you ball tossing for at least a period of 5 minutes they will award you with a special New Years gift card. Please be a good sport and continue to ball toss after receiving the gift. One gift card will be given out only one time per person. Let’s be ready to ball toss this year!

Ball tossing will be located by the food court & HMAAC drink booth.

Nyob Zoo! This is Miss Hmong Colorado 2019 here!
Last month Miss HCP had put together a Miss Hmong Colorado Fundraiser Party to help the non-profit Organization Dream Givers (Her Vang)
) provide for underprivileged children to get the educational supplies they need as well as menstruation pads as requested. Half of the proceeds went towards Dreams Givers and to Miss Hmong Colorado Pageant (Miss HCP). Though Colorado is a small Hmong populated state we pulled through and raised about $3,680.00. So that brings us with:
$1,840.00 to Dream Givers
$1,840.00 to Miss HCP

Last night, Miss Hmong Colorado 2019, Nouchi Lo and 2019 Miss Hmong Colorado 1st runner up, Shiva Lor attended National Lo-Pha Society Conference. There were many inspirational speakers. The purpose of this conference was to motivate the Lo-Pha family to carry on more love and a stronger dynasty.
