-Grace house is a residential property, not a treatment facility. There is no staff on site.
-Must have 20 days of sobriety.
-Weekly house meetings and random drug and alcohol testing are conducted by the house manager and / or assistant house manager(s), with involvement of the house president (senior resident)
- Residents must adhere to all house rules and are expected to be actively engaged

in a recovery program.
- There is zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use on or off site. Violation results in manditory immediate dismissal from the house.
- Prospective residents must complete an application and face to face interview. Admission is at the sole discretion of the house manager and assistant house manager(s)
