At our September meeting, we challenged our youth to think about what it really takes to be a strong teammate and leader.
Through interactive challenges and group discussions, our IMPACT members practiced:
🧡Communicating clearly and respectfully
đź’›Listening to others and making space for every voice
đź–¤Working together toward a common goal
🧡Problem-solving and supporting one another
💛Recognizing how we show up on a team—and what we can do even better next time
Because leadership isn't about doing it all yourself. It's about knowing how to work with others, lift people up, and make the whole team stronger.
