Introducing CREDA Colorado—formerly NAIOP Colorado.

As of July 1, our chapter officially became the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Colorado, marking an exciting new chapter in our nearly 50-year history.

While our name has changed, our mission remains the same. We will continue to:
◤ Advocate for responsible commercial real estate development.
◤ Deliver education, research and industry insights.
◤ Connect the professionals shaping Colorado's communities.

Our new name better reflects the full breadth of today's commercial real estate industry while reinforcing the mission that has guided our chapter since 1976.

To our members, sponsors, volunteers and industry partners: thank you for your continued support and for being part of this exciting new chapter. We look forward to building Colorado's future together.

The 2026 NAIOP Colorado Deal of the Year: Food Bank of the Rockies – The Broe Family Cold Food Center

Food Bank of the Rockies is a staple in the Denver community for serving the underserved. We're thrilled to award them the 2026 NAIOP Colorado "Deal of the Year" for the incredible, new Broe Family Cold Food Center. This new distribution center will double the cold food storage space, quadruple the kitchen space, and triples volunteer opportunities to serve our communities statewide.
