If there is once thing I’ve done since going through the Black Resilience in Colorado Fund Executive Director’s of Color Institute program in 2020-2022 it’s answering the call when LaDawn Sullivan reaches out!

My Sister not only created a program that is special to Denver, Colorado for 15 years but she has propelled the leadership of 300 Colorado Executives of color and that is not something to take lightly.

I am honored to be recognized still today and had the privilege to have shared testimony at the EDCI 15 Year Celebration last week!

Our presentation integrates cutting-edge virtual reality technology with proven therapeutic methods, creating accessible pathways to healing for youth and families. This innovative approach is designed to bridge the digital divide while providing meaningful mental health support where it’s needed most.

This is more than a conversation , it’s a step toward transforming lives, strengthening communities, and reimagining what healing can look like.
