Lions gathered last night for an amazing evening of fellowship, breaking bread, Christmas trivia, and a singalong.

If you are interested in a great way to volunteer in our community, support local and global needs, and make new friends, reach out. We’re always looking for new members and would love to have you join us.

As a sponsor of Wreaths Across America, we invite you to join Denton Lions Club on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Denton Cemetery as we honor our veterans by laying remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's heroes.

A day to ~
REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

Wreaths are $17 each. Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends.

Just a little over a week remains to order a wreath for this annual event.

“Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion.”

We’re grateful to Lion Ed Roberts for his handiwork of a beautiful “Little Free Library” book exchange box. Sharing his carpentry skills and donating his time and materials, he unveiled the box at tonight’s meeting.

Stewards of the Denton Lions Club Little Free Library will be club members Ed Roberts, Carol Rogers, and Marie Freeman. Please reach out to help us stock the library.

We’re excited to join this global network - now more than 200,000 Little Free Libraries strong! Book sharing will be available to any and all, young and old. 📖
