We are honored to recognize Perry Homes as a Gold Sponsor of Women Building America and our upcoming Houston Construction Camp for Girls.

This partnership is especially meaningful. Perry Homes is not just supporting an event; they are investing in a mission that reaches far beyond camp day. Their commitment helps create a space where young women can step onto a jobsite-style experience, use tools, learn from professionals, ask questions, and begin to see themselves as part of the future of homebuilding.

At a time when our industry is facing a critical labor shortage, partners like Perry Homes help us do the work that truly matters: introducing the next generation to career paths they may not have known existed, building confidence early, and showing girls that residential construction needs their talent, creativity, leadership, and perspective.

We are deeply grateful to Perry Homes for believing in Women Building America, giving back to the Houston community, and helping us open doors for the next generation of builders, leaders, and problem-solvers.
Thank you, Perry Homes, for standing with us in such a meaningful way.

Pulte Homes is helping us put possibility directly into the hands of young women.

As a Silver Sponsor of Women Building America and our Houston Construction Camp for Girls, Pulte Homes is supporting an experience that goes far beyond a single day of building. They are helping students step into the world of residential construction, use real tools, learn from industry professionals, and begin to imagine careers they may never have considered before.

That kind of exposure matters. With the labor shortage continuing to challenge our industry, we have a responsibility to show the next generation that construction is not just a job path. It is a place to lead, create, problem-solve, build communities, and shape the future.

Thank you, Pulte Homes, for believing in this mission and helping us create a space where girls can gain confidence, discover opportunity, and see themselves as part of the homebuilding industry.

We need builders!

Not someday. Right now.

That is why Women Building America is putting power tools in the hands of high school girls and showing them they belong in residential home building. Every smile, every project and every moment you see in this video is a glimpse of the future we are building together.

But Houston needs your help. We are still looking for sponsors to give these girls the same incredible experience our campers have received across America. If you or your company believes in workforce development and the future of homebuilding, we would be honored to have you stand with us.

Houston, we need your help.

The construction industry is facing a critical skilled labor shortage, and the solution begins by showing more young women that there is a place for them in the trades. At our Women Building America Houston Camp, high school girls will use real tools, complete a hands-on construction project, meet women working in the industry, and discover career paths they may never have considered.

A sponsorship is more than a donation. It provides tools, materials, safety equipment, instruction, and the confidence that comes from realizing, “I can do this.”

We are asking Houston-area companies, industry partners, and individual donors to help us make this camp possible. Your support can change how a young woman sees her future while helping strengthen the workforce our communities urgently need.

These girls are the reason we do this.

Every camp is an opportunity to open doors, build confidence, and show young women a future they may not have seen for themselves before.

Dallas, you were special.

Every time I leave a Women Building America camp, I am inspired to my very core.

These young women showed up with great attitudes and ready to work hard. They were not afraid to sweat, get dirty, ask questions, or try something new. They soaked up every bit of knowledge our volunteers shared and could not get enough of the hands-on experience. By the end of camp, they were standing a little taller, smiling a little bigger, and believing in themselves a little more.

What we witnessed in Dallas was bigger than building a project. We saw young women opening their minds to new possibilities and new careers. We saw firsthand how exposure and encouragement can change the way a young person sees herself and her future.

This is why we do what we do.

Because every girl deserves hope, role models, and the chance to believe in herself.

Together, we are building more than projects. We are building futures.
