Late but absolutely necessary PP5K recap 🏃‍♀️💨

♥️ Message from this years PP5K coordinator, Lily Marsh : Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success! All of y’all’s help and contributions were greatly appreciated!

🥪 We raised over $5000 this year for Notth Texas food banks and we could not be more appreciative to all of our hard working members who contributed as well as outside supporters. We couldn’t have done this without you.

🍎 This past Wednesday we held our final meeting of the semester. While we had a bumpy ride, we couldn’t have asked for better members to go through this year with. Thank you to all of our seniors who have put in so much hard work over the years, it does not go unnoticed and your presence will be missed dearly in the organization.

🌞 Onto the next chapter, thanks for a great semester FNN!

This is the Denton Rec Center Health Fair, less than 10 minutes from campus!
1300 Wilson St Denton, TX 76201 United States There will be over 250 people expected to come from the Denton community with vendors for health, wellness, mental health, holistic resources, and even face painting.

🐣 Hey FNN! We have a super fun social event coming up this Friday. Join us from 5:00-7:00 PM for some egg hunting, Easter games, and of course… snacks! ☺️

📦 We are still accepting egg & candy donations in woodcock hall 013 until March 24th at 4:00PM.

🥬 We had another great meeting last night featuring the one and only (very inspiring) Neva Hudiburgh Cochran! It was such a pleasure and a provide listening to Neva speak about her experience in the art of communicating the science of nutrition.

🌸 Hey FNN! Join us this evening for our March general meeting tonight :)

🗣️ We will be in the company of a FANTASTIC guest speaker once again, with lots of experience and stories to share. We can’t wait for you all to meet her!

🍿 As always, snacks will be provided, so bring a little appetite to enjoy some yummy snacks during the meeting.

⏳ Time is running out to earn hours for the semester, showing up to the meeting is a great way to receive an easy hour, so we highly encourage you guys show up tonfiht.

🗳️ It’s officially that time of year…FNN 2026-2027 officer positions are opening!!!

😄 Being an FNN officer holds many opportunities for students. Serving as an officer is a wonderful leadership opportunity that will open many doors for your dietetics journey and we highly encourage students to run to gain that leadership experience. Serving as an officer also allows more opportunities for gaining service/volunteers hours + lots of moments to expand your networking!

📆 Important dates :
- March 23rd: Elections open
- April 3rd: Dealine for submissions
- April 6th-9th: Voting
- April 22nd: Final meeting where winners will be announced
