Small Town Saturday update -
We decided to post weekly updates! Just in the past several weeks I have been fortunate in sharing important info with our youth!

I served as a judge for a local 4H public speaking contest. The 4H kiddos did a wonderful job sharing their skills and I was very impressed by their confidence, poise, and clear communication! Thank you Jana Edwards Hutchison!

I shared with Denton Cub Scout Pack 265 important information about the election process including how the voting process works, and we discussed the three branches of government. Our young people are in good hands after the mini civics lesson! Thank you Eric Fluharty !

Today, we attended the bull and oyster roast for His Hope Ministries at Eden Town Brewing Co. where I enjoyed seeing more familiar faces and friends! Caught up with several family friends and supporters. We have supported His Hope Ministries for many years, and believe in the Christ centered work they do! Proud of fellow rotarian Stefanie Johnson and her leadership! Our friends serving on the board are making a great difference too! ❤️

We had an amazing Scout Sunday! A huge thank you to our charter organization who has supported the oldest Cub Scout pack in Caroline County! St. Luke’s Methodist Church in Denton has supported Pack 265 since 1960! Thank you Pastor Dan and St. Luke’s for supporting youth in Caroline County.
