Box 7 Ministries for DCI Welcome to Box 7! We are a network of those seeking Jesus Christ who are also passionate about DCI - the modern drum & bugle corps activity.

Our mission is to lead young adults in the marching music arts to know & follow Jesus Christ. If you are a corps member, alumnus, staff person, or a volunteer who spends time on tour, we invite you to get plugged into the community of Box 7. The marching arts community lost Michael Boo, a beloved writer and long-time DCI employee, who passed away recently after a cancer diagnosis. We'll miss him.

Michael was a jack of many trades: including his ordination as a Lutheran minister.

His historical writing of drum corps did not skip over the activity's roots in the church. Deep in the archives of DCI's website, there is a 3-part blog series called "When the Saints Come Marching In: Drum Corps and the Halo Effect"
