North Texas Roller Derby North Texas Roller Derby is a WFTDA derby league dedicated to empowering athletes through teamwork and community! or gender-expansive individuals.

Since March 2014, North Texas Roller Derby has been a proud member of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association. The WFTDA is the international governing body for the sport of women’s flat track roller derby and a membership organization for leagues to collaborate and net

work. The WFTDA sets standards for rules, seasons, and safety, and determines guidelines for the national and international athletic competitions of member leagues. NTRD is committed to fostering serious competition on a national and international level, developing amateur athletes for competition, and promoting the physical and mental strength and independent spirit of amateur athletes. We believe that our league is made stronger through diversity and inclusiveness that expands beyond cisgender. NTRD welcomes all races, and sexualities, as well as transgender women, intersex.
