We are excited to announce a full-time opening for a R.I.S.E. (Re-Engaging Individuals through Successful Employment) Case Manager at the Caroline County Department of Social Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our community and help individuals achieve economic stability. The R.I.S.E. Program focuses on assisting parents who owe child support by helping them find and maintain meaningful employment.
As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Mid-Shore Region by:
* Providing comprehensive case management and support to resolve barriers.
* Assisting participants with job placement and retention strategies.
* Collaborating directly with employers, courts, and various community partners.
To be considered for this role, the minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites. Preferred qualifications include experience in court testimony, community outreach, case management, family law, or workforce development. Please note that some weekend work may be necessary for community outreach activities. While this role will be based in Caroline county, it will require travel to counties within the Mid-Shore area which include Kent, Queen Anneβs and Cecil counties. The specific travel frequency will be determined by the Assistant Director of the Child Support Administration.
This is a full-time contractual position which offers a competitive health benefits and leave package. The hourly wage for this position is between $22.00-$24.00.
