DHS Orchestra Booster Club

The purpose and objective of the Orchestra Boosters is to promote, support and enhance the Denton Hi The purpose of this organization shall be to:

1.

PROMOTE interest in and support the Denton High School Orchestra and to
cooperate with the Board of Education, Superintendent, Orchestra Director(s) and
Principal and Orchestra Director of Denton High School

2. ASSIST the director(s) of the Denton High School Orchestra Program

3. AID in financing unbudgeted expenses and to supplement the Denton High School
Orchestra program and the program’s a

ctivities

4. PROMOTE scholarship, musical achievement and community service and to sustain
the highest morale among the present orchestra students and incoming freshmen

5. ENCOURAGE parental, business and community involvement in Denton High School
Orchestra activities

6. PROMOTE alumni involvement with the Denton High School Orchestra program

7. PROMOTE parental involvement in the Denton High School Orchestra program and
to allow all parents and adults the opportunity to serve the orchestra program in some capacity if they desire to do so.

Tumblers from our late-May fundraiser are being delivered this week. We will definitely have to repeat this sale in the fall... just one of these gold tumblers with the orchestra logo isn’t going to be enough for my family!

Musicians and families - please help us celebrate this evening's concert with goodies to share at the reception. And don't forget we'll begin the evening with silent auctions to benefit senior scholarships.

See you tonight!

Help us celebrate our musicians' accomplishments by donating desserts to be shared following the concert. Please send desserts with your musician on Tuesday, 29 October, OR drop off in the cafe no later than 6:15pm that evening. Thank you!
