Denton Shop with a Cop Because we know that the need for assistance is great our goal this year is to assist at least 150 children.

Our program allows the children that were nominated/selected to participate in the program with a paid shopping experience with police officers and civilian employees of the Denton Police Department. This program’s aim is to allow the children of families that may be struggling to make ends meet or have had a catastrophic event in their lives a chance to have a joyous holiday experience. With dona

tions from the community and monetary and time donations from the officer and civilian employees of the Denton Police Department, we hope to make this year another great success! Year after year as this event has grown and it continues to be a very rewarding experience for everyone involved.
