A huge thank, you to Shari and Heather from the Caroline County Department of Social Services for being today's guest speakers, pictured here with club Vice-President Simmons and Club President Amy. The topic was foster care in Caroline County, very fitting for President Amy Horne-kolligian, the Executive Director for CASA of Caroline! If you have ever thought about becoming a foster care resource parent, please consider reaching out to CCDSS as they are always in need of new placements opportunities for children and youth who enter the child welfare system. Whether you provide a child in care with a home for a lifetime or just for a respite weekend, your presence in their life could make all the difference!
