is a Non-Profit organization that heals personal and community trauma through the empowering integration of mental health, physical wellness, and holistic services. Our studio is located in Hyannis on Historic Main St. We currently offer a variety of studio classes including Yoga, Strength training, Zumba, and more! We also offer healing services like Reiki, Reflexology, Wellness Coaching, Therapy, Personal Training and Nutrition Counseling.
