What do you do when your mind won’t slow down?

Honesty... our mind isn’t meant to hold everything at once. When thoughts start racing, it can feel overwhelming because there’s no outlet or no time to process.

Try journaling the next few days:
Take 5–10 minutes per day and put everything on paper: your thoughts, your worries, your feelings, your fears. It doesn’t have to make sense. Just write it down. You can keep it or throw it away.

🖋Journaling works because it helps you release what you’ve been holding in instead of letting it build up inside. Sometimes your mind is loud because nothing has been let out. Writing it down creates space to breathe, process, and slow things down.
