Texoma Community Foundation 2 in 3 Texoma residents reported a lack of hope & purpose. Serving Bryan, Fannin, Grayson & Marshall Counties and two tribal nations in TX & OK.

We’re working to change that — through grantmaking, community initiatives & operation of 's Ranch House. Texoma Community Foundation (TCF) is a promise to our neighbors in Texas and Oklahoma to create a culture of wellbeing. Serving Two States: Bridging the needs of communities across Texoma, TCF is committed to ensuring access to resources and opportunities on both sides of the border. Rural Focus: With deep roots in rural areas, we understand the unique challenges and strengths of smaller, tightly-knit communities. Tribal Nations: We are proud to partner with and support the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations within our region, honoring their cultures and contributions to Texoma.

Calling nonprofits across Texoma! 📢

We’re excited to create our first nonprofit publication, Meet Texoma Nonprofits: An Introduction to the Heart of Texoma, and we’d LOVE to include your organization!

We’re inviting nonprofits serving Bryan, Fannin, Grayson, and Marshall counties to share a little about the work you’re doing in our community.

The publication will be printed and shared with nonprofits, community partners, funders, foundations, and community leaders across Texoma.

There is no cost to participate, and no design work is needed. Just complete the brief survey below and our team will take it from there!

It was such a special day at the Fannin Walk 4 Hope.

TCF looks forward to this event every year. Seeing so many community leaders and members walking for the people they love is a reminder of the strength and care that exists in this community, and the hope and purpose we can find in coming together.

A special thank you to Community Well Texas for continuing to bring this meaningful event to our community each year 💜

If you or a loved one are struggling, please reach out. Call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Just a few short days away from the Fannin Walk 4 Hope💜

This event creates space to talk openly about mental health, honor those we’ve lost, and remind one another that it’s okay to reach for hope. Each year, the speakers, stories, and fellowship make this such a meaningful day for our community.

The walk takes place in Fannin County and is for everyone. Whether you’ve experienced a loss, struggled with your own mental health, or simply want to stand alongside your community in support of su***de prevention, we hope you’ll join us. THIS is the heart of Texoma.

We’ve had a longstanding admiration for Austin College and the people who make it such a special part of our community.

Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to welcome some truly wonderful Austin College interns to TCF, and we’ve continued to be impressed by the students, faculty and leaders we’ve had the chance to know.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Rebecca Cantor to Texoma and look forward to seeing all that she and Austin College accomplish in this next chapter 😊

When seasons end, and new trails begin...
After 12 years of dedicated service to Reba’s Ranch House, Mitch is beginning his next chapter: retirement

Mitch and Fancy have become such a special part of the family, and we sure will miss seeing them making their rounds around the property! Mitch, thank you for your friendship, dedication, and the care you’ve given to the Ranch House and the people it serves. We’re so grateful for the memories you’ve made with us and for the heart you’ve brought to this place.

You may be retiring, but you’ll always be part of the TCF and Reba’s Ranch House family 🥹♥️

Happy new trails, Mitch & Fancy! 🤠

There’s a lot of hope in Texoma, and so much of it is made possible by the nonprofits who show up every day with purpose.

Our interns may move on to new adventures, but they'll always have a place in the TCF family 🫶

Seeing these familiar faces together again made us smile. We're so grateful for the time they spent with us, proud of everything they've accomplished since, and excited to keep cheering them on wherever life takes them :)

Grant alert for our local school districts! 🏫

Oklahoma school districts are already providing essential health services to students, but many are absorbing those costs instead of recovering the Medicaid funding they're eligible for.

The PRIMS grant is here to help. It covers up to 90% of salary and benefits for new credentialed health staff, so districts can hire the people they need, recover eligible Medicaid funding, and continue to strengthen student care.

The application is open now, and the deadline is September 11, 2026. Swipe through for a quick overview, and share this with anyone in your district who should see it!
