What does a job coach actually do? They learn the job alongside the member. They break tasks into steps that work. They stay as long as it takes, then step back as confidence grows. Real jobs. Real businesses. Real support.

To the local businesses who hire WESCO members: thank you. You do not just fill a position. You give someone a paycheck, a routine, and a reason to be proud on Monday morning. And you gain a loyal worker backed by a job coach for as long as it takes. That is what NDEAM looks like in western Iowa.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month. At WESCO, that isn't a slogan, it's Tuesday. Our members work real jobs at real local businesses, with job coaches beside them as long as it takes. Every paycheck is proof: start wherever you are.

When organizations like invest in local programs through their Monogram Loves Kids Foundation, the ripple effect is real. Their recent grant is helping us improve our Group Respite program, giving kids a space to play, grow, and simply be kids.

Grateful for partners who show up for our community.

That song playing in the background? That's not a track we found; that's Tyler.
He came to us looking for a fresh start. What he found was a place to grow, a community to belong to, and a life he's proud of. And every time he walks back through our doors, that's still our favorite part.
This is just one story. There's a place here for yours too.
