💙 Friendship & Service in Action! 💙

On September 16th, the Pilot Club of Denham Springs was proud to deliver hygiene kits to Lewis Vincent Elementary School in Denham Springs.

The school’s Guidance Counselor, Ms. Allison Kenan, will help distribute these kits to 41 elementary schools throughout Livingston Parish, ensuring they reach students who may need them.

Each kit includes essential personal-care items such as:
🧼 Deodorant
🪥 Toothbrush & toothpaste
💗 Feminine hygiene products
🩲 Individually packaged underwear for boys and girls
🧴 Other personal-hygiene necessities

The kits will be kept in each school’s office and made available to any student who needs them.

The Pilot Club of Denham Springs is honored to support the children and families of Livingston Parish by helping ensure that students have access to these basic necessities when they need them most.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and make a difference, one child at a time. 💙

🦉🎭 The Pilot Club of Denham Springs was proud to recently present a BrainMinders puppet show to 175 students attending the Livingston Parish SADD Camp at Seventh Ward Elementary School! 🎉

Through the BrainMinder Buddies program, children met 🦉 Wise Old Owl and his friends, who shared important lessons about brain injury prevention and encouraged everyone to "Play Safe, Play Smart!" 🧠💡⛑️

🎨🖍️ Each student also received a BrainMinders coloring or activity book and crayons to take home, helping reinforce these valuable safety messages in a fun and engaging way.

🧠❤️ BrainMinders is the signature project of Pilot International, dedicated to increasing awareness of traumatic brain injury and brain disorders through education and prevention programs for children and families.

🙌 We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with our community and help empower young people with knowledge that can make a lasting difference!

💚💛 Thank you to Livingston Parish SADD Camp and Seventh Ward Elementary School for welcoming us!
