Clinic by appointment, throughout the month. Patients are seen by appointment only. No emergency care is provided.

Grace Gate exists to provide free, quality and timely health care with the love of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit through compassionate environment that promotes the healing of mind, body and spirit. Services:
Grace Gate is a non-profit that provides free primary care for low income, uninsured adults who qualify through an application and review process. We provide medical care and disease management education to patients with non-acute illnesses and chronic diseases.

Grace Gate's fundraiser and silent auction "Night of Grace" event was Monday, April 28th at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Clarkesville. The event was such a great time of fellowship, food and fun!
