It was in reference to the battered, neglected, and abused children, she learned were being sent to Christian o

rphanages throughout Costa Rica. When a child is removed from their abusive home environment, their spirit, trust, hope, and dreams are also crushed; in other words, Aplastado. The children arrive at an orphanage with wounds, scars, and nightmares caused by their unmentionable abuses. This is why ABINA Ministries 501c3 began; with one purpose in mind; .....

Philippians 4:4 (NIV)

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!"

Paul was in prison when he wrote this verse reminding believers to maintain a consistent, inner joy based on their relationship with God, rather than on external circumstances.

The repetition emphasizes that this JOY is a deliberate choice and a priority.

Be the woman who doesn’t walk past the pit. Be the one who sees another woman struggling, and instead of judging her chains, reaches in with grace and pulls her out.

Be the woman who remembers what it felt like to be bound, so she doesn’t mock someone else’s process.

Be the woman who doesn’t compete, she covers. Who doesn’t critique, she intercedes. Who doesn’t post about it, she prays about it.

Because healed women heal women.

We’re not here to watch each other sink. We’re here to build ladders. We’re here to throw ropes. We’re here to speak life over the dry bones. We’re here to say, “Sis, I’ve been there. But you don’t have to stay there.”

The world needs more women who go back for the ones who almost didn’t make it. More women who remember who they were before they healed. More women who carry fire and compassion at the same time.

Because real revival doesn’t just raise hands, it raises sisters.

Be the lifter.
Be the rescue.
Be that woman.

I desire to dwell in the shelter of You, the Most High. I will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of You, Lord, “You are my refuge and fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
