❄️🔥 As temps drop, your Deltona Firefighters Foundation wants to remind everyone of the 5 P’s of Cold Weather Preparedness:

👤 People – Dress in warm layers & wear a hat
🐶 Pets – Bring them inside or provide warm shelter
🪴 Plants – Cover cold-sensitive ones to protect from the freeze
🚿 Pipes – Cover exposed pipes & drip faucets to avoid freezing
🔥 Practice Fire Safety – Use safe heating & have a fire plan

This past week, members of the Deltona Firefighters Foundation joined forces with VEMA’s Deltona Chapter to deliver some warmth and holiday cheer to local veterans.

We’re honored to give back to those who have given so much.

To all who have served — thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your continued impact on our communities.

And to those who have not served, we ask you to take a moment to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy, especially during the holidays, thanks to the brave men and women of our Armed Forces.

Let’s never take it for granted.

The Deltona Firefighters Foundation would like to extend our sincere thanks to Trinity Christian Academy Foundation for collecting the fees from the Deltona Christmas Parade and donating them to Operation Deltona Cares on behalf of the City of Deltona.

This generous contribution will go a long way in helping Santa deliver gifts and holiday joy to children right here in Deltona.
