Abraham Connection/Delta County Homeless Shelter Providing emergency, overnight winter shelter and case management services to homeless families, women and men in Delta County, Colorado.

Overnight shelter is open from October 23- mid April, but we continue case management services year round. We are located at 480 Silver Street in Delta, CO. Please call to schedule a time to drop off all donations! Please use the main entrance facing Silver Street. Our hours of operation are 6pm until 7:30am every day October 23rd through mid- April. Case management services are provided every Monday afternoon from 10-11:30 am. If you are interested in donating to the shelter, follow this link! https://tac.breezechms.com/give/online

We believe that everyone deserves a warm, safe space to sleep at night.
We are grateful to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for their generous donation so that we could purchase new mattresses and beds for our upcoming season of shelter!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our volunteers who have given their time and effort this past shelter season. Your dedication and commitment have made a meaningful difference in the lives of the 106 people who accessed services.
Although we are now closed for overnight shelter, we continue to offer lunch, showers and laundry on Mondays from 11 am to 12:30.
