As rentals for our space continue to increase, we would like to provide a few important reminders regarding your booking:

- Booking Confirmation: Please ensure your date is secured by signing the contract and submitting your deposit.
- Key Exchange: Keys can be picked up on the first day of your rental and must be returned on the final day. Please note that we cannot provide keys early.
- Space Condition: Upon entry, you may notice some dust, dead bugs, or debris from the gym ceiling on the floor. If you encounter any issues beyond this, please take a photo and notify us immediately.
- Departure Checklist: Before leaving at the end of your rental, please perform a final walkthrough to ensure that:
- All lights are turned off.
- Thermostats are reset to the required temperature.
- All personal items are removed from the fridge.
- The cleaning has been completed.

We are pleased to provide a space for your gatherings and appreciate your help in maintaining the facility.
