Last Saturday, Journey Church welcomed our Palm Beach foster and adoptive families for an exciting day of fun, laughter, and back-to-school celebration! From games and activities to time spent connecting with one another, the event was filled with smiles from start to finish.

Each child received a backpack stocked with school supplies to help them start the school year with confidence, along with a free pair of shoes generously provided by Sole to Soul Palm Beach. Community of Hope also donated uniforms for 63 children, giving each 5 sets of uniforms!

The joy was contagious as children raced from activity to activity and families created lasting memories together.

A heartfelt thank you to Journey Church, Sole to Soul Palm Beach, and all of the incredible volunteers and partners who made this special day possible. Your generosity and enthusiasm helped make it an unforgettable experience for our families! ❤️📚🎉

Did you know that 4KIDS offers a variety of specialized virtual trainings designed to equip parents, caregivers, and professionals with practical, trauma-informed strategies that foster stronger relationships, healthier outcomes, and brighter futures?

This August, join our updated EPIC Training to build a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and learn tools you can put into practice right away. We're also offering Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) Training, which focuses on creating healing, connection, and lasting change, as well as Understanding Adolescence & Trauma, a training designed to help you better support teens through the unique challenges they face.

At 4KIDS, we like to say that National Foster Care Month doesn’t end when May does. The need doesn’t go away—and neither does the opportunity to show up for kids in foster care.
As we continue to raise awareness and invite others into this mission, we also want to take a moment to look back and celebrate all that happened over the past month.

We’re especially grateful for the more than 80 churches that partnered with us. It’s been incredible to see so many communities step in with a heart for children in difficult places—and to witness the ways God is at work through each of you.

To every church that chose to walk alongside us—thank you. Your compassion, faithfulness, and willingness to be part of the solution are making a real, lasting difference as we work toward a future where every child has a safe, loving place to call home.

Last weekend, 4KIDS had the privilege of hosting tables at several Family Church campuses, where we were able to connect with so many members of the community. Across Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast, Family Church’s welcoming spirit truly made an impact, sparking curiosity and inspiring many individuals and families to learn more about foster care and how they can be part of changing a child’s story.

We have so many amazing who care deeply about finding a Christian home for every child, and this May it was evident how impactful these partnerships are!

Our May Day of Giving was truly amazing, because of YOU! Each person who donated, whether it was $5 or $5,000, was a part of something transformational for the boys and girls waiting for a place to call home.

On Tuesday, May 26, we exceeded our goal, meaning even more kids can find safety and belonging. Thank you to every supporter and to all of our matching partners!
