HEARTS for SOLES

In December 2007 after watching The Oprah Winfrey Show "Pay it forward" the idea sprouted in Megan Melba's mind to raise money to buy new shoes for underprivileged children in her community. Along the way she partnered with a childhood friend Amy Lang and with her help they doubled the prior years shoe donations to 100 pairs. In 2009 they doubled the donations to 200 pairs! Recently in 2010 they were able to meet the same goal of 200 pairs of shoes and added a pair of socks for each child! The charity has been growing ever since with the kind hearts and souls of so many just like you. We are approaching our 5th year and we are excited to announce that Else Raynor, Dwayne Giuttari, and the owners and staff at Realtime Marketing have all joined in the efforts to help make this a stronger, and bigger organization so we can give to even more children all over.
