Program to inspire children to reach their fullest academic potential by improving their overall health through physical activity and nutritional education – improving Physique improves I.Q.! The program offers a variety of physical activity classes’ lead by professional instructors with expert level skills and extensive experience teaching to children. These classes are broken into age-appropriate groups and are designed for all levels of skills. Our current curriculum includes: Mixed Martial Arts, Zumba, Hip Hop Dance & Yoga.
