Join our page! CommUNITY Wellness is a program at a Delray Beach elementary school that I started to unite our commUNITY & inspire wellness. Businesses are welcome to get involved to promote their business to our 700 families (and growing), while doing great work for children & families. Individuals are welcome to get involved to volunteer and make a difference to children in our community. PhysIQ Starts Tuesday 09/04 -Registration Now Open

Sign up during morning drop-off. Find our table near school office each morning this week between 7:50-8:30am.
Classes: We offer a variety of classes each day after school. Children learn skills from expert instructors while getting vigorous exercise in a fun atmosphere. Classes are broken into age-appropriate groups that are designed for all levels of skills. Each school year offers 3 sessions of PhysIQ that run between 11-13 weeks long.

Classes are held in music room immediately after school each day. Students who attend 3pm class will be supervised until their class begins. Children who are not in aftercare must be picked up in the car line after class.

Mondays:
2-3pm Karate ages 4-6
3-4pm Karate ages 7+
3-4pm Groovement III: Ages 7+ (advanced level-must have
min. of 1 year Groovement experience)

Tuesdays
2-3pm Zumba ages 3-6
3-4pm Zumba ages 7+

Wednesdays
2-3pm Tap & Jazz ages 3-6 (MisWesa)
3-4pm Tap & Jazz ages 7+ (MisWesa)

Thursdays
2-3pm Yoga ages3-6
2-3pm Contemp. Dance ages 3-6 (Miss Sam)
3-4pm Yoga ages 7+
3-4pm Contemp. Dance ages 7+ (Miss Sam)

Fridays
2-3pm Groovement I: ages 4-6 (MisWesa)
3-4pm Groovement II: ages 7+ (MisWesa)
