After years of dedication, creativity, and heart, our co-founder, President and Executive Director, Jordan Guzman, has resigned from her role with AIM. We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and vision she has poured into building AIM and helping shape the organization we are today. 💛

We wish Jordan all the best as she begins this next chapter, and we are grateful to have shared so many meaningful moments along the way.

We are also excited to announce that Melissa Danielson , AIM Co-Founder and Director of Operations , will be stepping into the role of Executive Director. We’re looking forward to this new season of growth, creativity, and possibility!

While our leadership is entering a new chapter, our mission remains at the heart of everything we do. We will continue creating welcoming spaces where art becomes a pathway to connection, personal growth, healing, and community. We’re excited to continue growing our programming and reaching even more people through the arts.

This Monday, we had the pleasure of hosting our Creative Workspace Reset with the amazing team at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. 🎨✨ browardcenter

It was such a joy to create a space where staff members could pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves after a long day. Through creativity and mindfulness, we were reminded that sometimes, all we need is a little space to simply be.

Thank you to the Broward Center for welcoming AIM and allowing us to bring a little creativity, reflection, and connection into the workplace.

Here’s to making room for ourselves, even in the middle of busy days.

We had an amazing time creating alongside families, celebrating creativity, and sharing meaningful moments through art. Thank you to everyone who joined us, explored their imagination, and helped make the day so special. 💛

We’re trading collages for air dry clay and getting our hands a little messy (in the best way). 🤍

We’ll begin with a grounding sound bath by , ease into reflection and discussion, and then create with air-dry clay — no experience needed, just curiosity.
