Meet our newest member Kandi Jo Clemons

🥹 I’ve been crying all day!
Thanks to this lady, Kandi Jo💕
Crying in a good way, don’t get me wrong!

Today, I got to experience a reflexology appt with Kandi. I wasn’t for sure what to expect, but I knew I was in good hands. She was able to “read” (more like feel) the tension in my neck and lower back through my feet 😳 say what!!

But what really got me in my feels was an issue I have had in my left foot since childhood. Only the left foot would cramp while swimming and to this day, cramp while I workout. When I get a massage, I tell the therapist to barely touch a certain area on my foot or the sensation will send me through the roof.

I wondered if Kandi was going to come across that area in my foot. It wasn’t until the very end, and BAM!! she found it. She then asked if I hold my breath. .. I then said “I do”. Sometimes I am aware of holding my breath and sometimes I am not . More to the story.

I offer 30 min, 60 min and 90 min reflexology sessions. I also offer endocrine balancing reflexology and targeted reflexology sessions. I work on both hands and feet and coming summer 2026 I will also be offering ear reflexology.

Last night we inducted 4 new members! We are going on 92 years of charity and friendship and still growing 💖 Many thanks for Whiskey Wine & Roses for having us and accommodating our group. Food was delicious as always. Many laughs and conversations 😀
