Alpha Chapter met on April 15, 2025, and worked on their Books for Babes project - Books wrapped in receiving blankets for new moms at a local hospital. Thanks to Cora Sharp and a Thrivent grant many packages were completed to enhance the joy of reading!

Alpha Chapter conducted a Diaper and Food Drive for the Student Success Store at EICC. The staff was so grateful ❤️. We collected 2 Giant, 3 Large, 3 Medium, and 1 Small boxes of diapers, 10 individual packages, and 11 packages of wipes. Assorted groceries included soups, peanut butter, ready-to-eat entrees, canned veggies and fruits, snack muffins, applesauce and more. Thank you, Becky Christy, for organizing this project.
