Have a storefront downtown that could use a little refresh? This is your reminder that the Facade Improvement Grant is still available — and applications are due January 31, 2026.

This grant is designed to help property and business owners enhance the look and character of our downtown through exterior improvements like:

✔️ Windows & doors
✔️ Awnings & signage
✔️ Paint, masonry, and curb appeal upgrades

Strong storefronts help create a vibrant downtown — and this program is one way the DREDC is investing back into our community.
