Our Dell Rapids Cub Scouts are amazing. They cleaned up tons of trash at the Sioux River Red Rock Trail this past weekend! Being a part of a community means something to these kids!

Our pack has been busy!! We recently enjoyed an outting to the Yogi Bear near Brandon. Our Scouts teamed together to get through a challenging corn maze. They practiced a great deal of leadership and teamwork in this. One of our Webelos Scouts led a presentation on making fire using three different techniques for wood stacking as well as how to start a fire with flint and steel! Kids enjoyed silent disco, miniature golf, bouncy pad, and more. Such a fun evening!

Our Pack only requires a fee the first time a Scout joins. We pay the fee for your Scout every year after that. :)

Join us tonight for Pack 53 Sign-Up Night. Come and learn more about Cub Scouts to see if it may be a good fit for your child and family. We'll meet at the Methodist Church at 5:30pm.

Cub Scouts is not a typical youth activity. It's all about practical skills and hands-on activities - all with the goal of preparing young people to succeed and contribute to their communities.
