We're looking for an experienced residential construction professional who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy building homes. The ideal candidate is an organized project manager, a patient teacher, and an encouraging coach who can create a job site where volunteers feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return.

🔨This week, the Olentangy Rotary Club welcomed Mike Gregory, Marketing & Administrative Director for Habitat for Humanity of Delaware & Union Counties. 🏠

Mike shared how Habitat's mission goes far beyond building houses, it's about creating stability, opportunity, and hope for families in our community. Through strategic marketing, community partnerships, volunteer engagement, and donor support, Mike is helping connect more people to Habitat's life changing work and expanding its impact throughout Delaware and Union Counties.

One of the biggest takeaways from Mike's presentation was that everyone has something to contribute. Whether it's swinging a hammer, making a financial gift, advocating for affordable housing, or simply spreading the word, every act of support helps a local family build a brighter future.

Habitat for Humanity of Delaware & Union Counties will be accepting homebuyer applications during the month of July! If you’re living in housing that is unsafe, overcrowded, or unaffordable, you may qualify to build and purchase an affordable home through Habitat.

Selected applicants will purchase their home with a 0% interest mortgage, making monthly payments affordable while building equity. Applications are available online at habitatdelawareunion.org/homeownership or in person at 305 Curtis St, Delaware, OH 43015.

Applications must be received by July 31, 2026 for consideration.
