Easter Sunday is always one of the best times of the year for our community. The room is full, the worship was joyful, and the risen King is in the room. Whether it was your first time with us or you've been part of this family for years, we were so glad you were here to celebrate together.

He is risen indeed.

Update for 1/25/26:

In anticipation of the upcoming winter storm, we are cancelling our service for tomorrow. Be on the lookout for an email communication with a short video and reflection guide for your Sunday morning.

Inclement Weather Update:

This is an update that the scheduled For Delaware Worship Night on Sunday is cancelled.

We have not yet cancelled our Sunday service, but know that your leadership will be very weather and safety-sensitive as we consider it. As a general rule, we practice the following weather policy:

Level 1 Snow Emergency - Normal Service and event times
Level 2 Snow Emergency - Likely to cancel depending on developing conditions
Level 3 Snow Emergency - Service and Events Cancelled

We will make a call as soon as it feels appropriate.

Have you noticed it's getting hot outside? Us too!

Unfortunately, due to the temperature change, the A/C unit in our building has stopped functioning. We will still gather for worship tomorrow (June 21), but be prepared: it will be toasty! If you want to bring a fan to contribute, feel free!

Do you have resolutions for 2025? Is it possible that looking back at 2024 could be more helpful than looking forward? God often asked the ancient Israelites to center themselves by looking backward and remembering what God had done for them instead of visions, plans, and resolutions. This last week Steven asked us to consider a couple of questions as we enter into 2025. What would building a monument to all the Lord has done this last year look like?
