Church Family,
Last Friday the Bishop of the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church sent out a statement to all churches urging them not to meet for at least two weeks. You can read her statement on our page.

So for this Sunday (3/22), stay at home. We are preparing for the Sundays after that, we will keep you up to date as we get more information.
This means no nursery, Sunday school, children, youth, or adult classes before service in person at the church. As we journey forward we will help all groups find ways to navigate this.

We will still be having our worship service via Facebook live stream. Our live stream will begin at approximately 10:30am. Our staff and worship team will be there to guide you through as if we had a full crowd. There will be worship, important announcements for this time in our church, and a message. We also have online ways to participate in giving, and sharing of prayer requests and updates.

We have ways for you to participate in all of our regular worship gatherings.

You can go to Facebook.com/delawarenewbeginnings on Sundays for our worship service (music, message, announcements). You don't need a facebook account to watch live. Services will be posted on our youtube page after the fact (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCubwb4_f5KeYCoSs1GBejRg)

At this time, other gatherings that happen throughout the week are still scheduled as planned (Bible studies, and worship practice, and small groups, and Life Recovery Group). Please be smart about this though: if you aren't feeling well then stay at home, if you are nervous or in a more vulnerable health state, then stay at home. Wash your hands and avoid contact with others- like handshakes or hugs. We will be working hard to find other ways to provide community, even if it isn't face to face.

Also, put on your calendar for Thursday March 19th at 5:15pm we will be having a special Online Gathering. We will be going live on our page for some times of fun, with trivia questions, along with some announcements and encouragements as we move forward in this time of anxiety and fear.

Please help us spread the word, we know that all connected to New Beginnings are not on this email thread, so spread the word, make phone calls, forward the email, share our facebook posts, etc.
