On behalf of the Delaware Athletic Boosters, we would like to wish each and everyone of you a safe, healthy, happy, peace filled holiday! May each of you take time to extend yourselves grace and find the joy in all that you are blessed with.

We are grateful for all that each of you do to make our Pacer Family the special group that it is. We are a village, Pacer Proud,
Pacer Strong...26 sports 1 team.

Please be safe in all that you choose to do over the holiday, staying home or traveling. We look forward to being together in person as soon as it is safe to do so.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our bingo families. I hope that you all are staying healthy. Remember wear those masks and wash your hands. We're still paused during COVID-19. Hoping that one day will get the go ahead to open with no restrictions. I know there are some bingo halls open and some that have shut down.

The Delaware Athletic Boosters Executive Board has voted to pause Bingo for now with intent to review resuming Bingo in the future.

Delaware City Schools and Athletic Boosters have been working together with discussions with the State of Ohio Attorney General Office and securing legal guidance on how best to move forward during this unprecedented time.

DAB Bingo is held in one of the schools in our district, Schultz Elementary. This presents additional challenges that other bingo establishments may not have to face. Our challenge is being able to execute the additional measures for a clean and safe environment not only for the bingo players, parent volunteers but for our school teachers, support staff and students as they return to school this August.

The board also had to look at the economical feasibility to be a positive fundraiser for our groups and teams while holding bingo with a reduced capacity requirement that is in place at this time.

Delaware City Schools and the Delaware Athletic Boosters are intent to resume Bingo in future when we feel that we are able to do so safely. That is our number one concern for everyone.

We appreciate all of the support from our bingo players and Pacer parents.

Attention Bingo Players --- Update

In order to do our part in mitigating the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to comply with recommendations from the State of Ohio, the Delaware City School District is postponing Bingo indefinitely.

Our bingo players and volunteers are part of our Bingo Family. The health and safety of all of you is our number one priority.

We are looking forward to resuming Bingo and seeing all of our Bingo Family.
