Yesterday we attended the Melon's Gift Fun Dog. We assisted with the set up, and set up a booth. Beautiful weather for an awesome event. Proceeds go to the Howard Canfield Cancer Fund. Looking forward to next year.

9/11 Freshkills Landfill Canine Recovery Task Force the short story of a 2 week mission to bring the missing home and a view of the people and dogs that worked so hard to do that. To all that were there or help from home thank you. You were all heroes and the K9s were your special partners, In a very special mission that never got the recognition that it and all of you deserved so today I release this look from the inside. This past weekend we had a great Water Rescue Emergency Response class along with Northeast search and rescue and seven members of Delaware Water Gap Fire Department. Our thanks go out to the Good Dog Vacations at Big Valley Resort for the use of their pool and Clubhouse and MC safety center.

We finished up the class in the creek at Glen Park with all participants passing the PAFBC certification.

Chief Barton got the overall community hero award at Pocono Raceway. He received a full racing package. Terrace seating, pit and garage passes for all 3 days,camp site and a gift card. The race was today and he had a great time. Thank you Pocono Raceway.
