We are excited to share the dates for our New Swimmer Clinics and Evaluations in the coming weeks!
What is the difference between these two events you ask?

The clinics are designed to introduce your swimmer to the basics of stroke technique and what a typical practice looks like for swimmers.

The evaluations are a 15 minute small group session with our coaches to determine the right placement to ensure your swimmer's enjoyment and to optimize success in the sport of swimming.

That’s a wrap on 11-14 State!

Congrats to these 13-14 year olds who placed in the top 16th of their age group after finals this weekend!

Jacob 12th in 50 Breaststroke and 11th in 100 Breaststroke 🏅
Elena 13th in 200 Fly 🏅
Maddy 16th in 400 Freestyle 🏅

Today we had our 11-12 Boys 200 Free Relay and Individual events for the 11-12 and 13-14 age groups! These swimmers showed up and represented Velocity well! You should be so proud of yourselves, swimmers! 💙 🏊‍♀️ 🏊‍♂️ 🧡

Next up is our Boys 13-14 400 Free Relay! They finished with a 4:47.44 and shaved 10.92 seconds off their seed time! Way to go Velocity! 💙 🏊‍♂️ 🧡

The younger group of our team headed back to Rochester this weekend for 10&U State! We had four swimmers total and a girls 200 Free Relay! Way to go swimmers! 🧡🏊‍♀️ 🏊‍♂️ 💙
