When the railroad arrived at the Crow River in 1868, it was the western terminus of the line. Besides the depot and water tank, there was a roundhouse and a turntable, and eventually a warehouse/ coal shed. The warehouse, one of the the last remnants of the station, was demolished last week as Spike's prepare for an expansion of their facilities.
