Come as you are. This is a relaxed, supportive space to ask questions, receive expert guidance, and feel held in your feeding journey. Our IBCLC will share her pearls of wisdom, offer individualized support, and provide weighted feeds as needed. Whether you’re brand new to breastfeeding or just looking for reassurance and community — you’re welcome here.

Learn what movements to prioritize, what to modify or avoid, and how to train with confidence during pregnancy and postpartum-all while protecting your core, pelvic floor, and overall health.
