Downtown DeLand Easter Crosses A volunteer ministry, sharing the joy of the Resurrection Sunday. Crosses on display Easter Sunday. Crosses go up on Good Friday with a personalized plaque.

Join us on Easter Sunday to view the beautiful flowering Easter Crosses in front of our downtown DeLand shops and businesses. All crosses are generously sponsored by our local residents and will be uniquely decorated. If you would like to sponsor and decorate a cross, please call Jalene Ferreira at 386-804-0050 or Bonnie Hoffmann 386-804-0240. We invite all sponsors & any volunteers to meet at Pio

neer Park, DeLand @6:00pm on Saturday, April 19th to pick up flowers & greenery to start decorating their crosses. Payments to be made to Journey Church and proceeds from the sponsorships will go to local charities. Alpha Fern Company, The Floral Boutique + Stetson Flowers will be generously providing all of the greenery for the crosses and will provide and organize the flowers. This years event is organized by Jalene Ferreira, Bonnie Hoffmann, Hannah Hoffmann & Erica Rosenberger of Charles Rutenberg Realty.

Each year at the conclusion of the event, all proceeds are donated to a few of our amazing local non-profits. We were so delighted to be able to deliver checks to Young Life, Children's Cancer Foundation, and Coastal Choices Women's Clinic, to help them with their continued support of our community. Thanks again to all of our wonderful businesses and sponsors for helping make this event a success!

5 days until Easter morning! A huge Thank You to all of our generous sponsors for making this year another successful celebration by sponsoring all 100 Crosses. We look forward to growing the mission and getting more people involved in this wonderful community event, that gives back.
