Start point: McDonald’s 880 E. Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066

Gather starting at 10:30am. Driver’s meeting at 10:50am. Follow the leader leaving McDonald’s at 11:00am. We will enjoy the sights of southeastern Lake Country, the Southern Kettle Morane and the twisty, hilly backroads near Old World Wisconsin. There will be a rest stop about an hour into the ride.

A slight “tweak” in the second half; we will not be driving through Eagle and the dangerous and confusing intersection at “NN” and “67”. The alternate route is more twisty and more scenic!

End point is the iconic Gus’s Drive In in historic East Troy. Enjoy fresh custard, great burgers, Chicago Dogs and classic ’50’s-style hospitality. Total ride time approximately two hours for a mileage of approximately 60 miles.

We are ending on highway ES which will take you north east back toward Milwaukee. Please note that I-43 northbound is closed from Hyw 83 to Hyw 164.

THIS Saturday, July 11th is the 2nd annual Kettle Moraine Cruise. 🏞️

From idyllic Waterville Road in Wales to iconic Hogsback in Erin, ‘rustic roads revisited - 2026’ will be the theme of the day. Cruise organizer, Jim Morris has rerouted last year’s course to compensate for extensive road repairs. This year’s trek will be about 50% new. Experience the thrilling curves and scenic straightaways of Lake Country.

Afterwards, share the spirit of bonhomme camaraderie at Kim’s Gourmet Pub in Stone Bank. Celebrate the season. Memories are made of this. More information about our events in Southern Wisconsin can be found at MG3Club.org.

What a splendid June day on Milwaukee’s lakefront! 🇬🇧🚗

Members of the Milwaukee & Great Lakes MG Motorcar Group gathered beside beautiful Lake Michigan for a classic British car show filled with chrome, character, and plenty of motoring charm. From beautifully preserved MGs to lively conversations with curious passersby, it was a wonderful day sharing our love of these little British cars.

Hundreds of people strolling the lakefront stopped to admire the cars, ask questions, and discover what makes the MG community so special. Thank you to everyone who visited, waved, snapped photos, and helped make it such a memorable event.

Thinking about joining us on a future drive or show? We’d love to welcome you! Visit MG3Club.org for our event calendar.
