Our thanks to Danielle Moore Smith for coming out to speak with us last night.

We have one more candidate for this round before the May 5th election- today at 2pm, Shalee McClure, also running for County Clerk.

Much thanks to those come to these events! We'll have a break until after the May 5th election, and then we will hear first from Mark McGaha and Mitch Fine - both are running unopposed, but wanted to take this opportunity to come speak to the folks of Del Rio about programs offered by the county that could really benefit some of our residents.

That will be May 9th at 2pm, so stop by the firehall and library for the yard sale, go eat your fill at the Ramp Fest before this and come rest in the cool and listen to what these gentlemen have to say!

-Lisa

We'd like to thank Kristy Nease for coming out to speak to us tonight! The packet she put together on the duties of the Circuit Court Clerk, the deputy clerk, the finances the courts generate and where it goes is amazing.

A copy of this will be available in the Del Rio Library for those who wish to look it over.

Jennifer Arms, candidate for Circuit Court Clerk will be with us on Thursday, April 16th at 7 pm

Danielle Moore Smith, candidate for County Clerk will be with us Friday, April 17th at 7pm.

Shalee McClure, candidate for County Clerk will be with us Saturady, April 18th at 2pm.

After that, we will take a short break until after the May 5th elections, and start talking to folks running for CLB district 1, other mayoral candidates, and state level candidates for District 11 House Representative, and hopefully state senators and congresspeople.

We want to thank Rob Mathis for coming out and speaking to us for two hours, and to all the folks who showed up and asked the real questions, the well thought out questions - which Rob was able to answer in depth and in detail, even the ones he was clear he needs to research a bit more for the answer.
