⚡️⚡️Baseball is a game of failure. It’s viewed by many as both an individual and a team sport. Team sports are very challenging, unpredictable and constantly changing. These conditions require an incredible amount of resiliency, and that is fostered from a young age⚡️⚡️

Effort, focus, hustle, and resilience though….those are always controllable. 🔥YOU WILL FAIL in sports, YOU WILL FAIL in life, and how you handle it will make or break you! LET’S GO!!

Parents, keep in mind that development is different for every kid. The important piece is they have a love for the game and a consistent drive to want to be better. They don’t have to be the best at the youth level.

REMEMBER: Playing time isn't the only goal or measuring stick in youth sports. The measuring stick is progress, growth, and being better than you were last season. Be consistent at that and see what happens.
