📚✏️ P.R.C.A. would like to warmly welcome Dr. Stephanie Goldsmith, Ed.D., to our teaching faculty! 🎓🍎

Dr. Goldsmith brings 17 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for Christian education. She holds a Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Instructional Leadership, and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Humanities. 📖

Her doctoral dissertation, “The Influence of Growth Mindset in Student Learning,” reflects her commitment to helping students thrive academically and personally through encouragement, perseverance, and confidence-building. 🌱✨

Dr. Goldsmith shared:

“Teaching has always been my passion. I believe every student can grow and succeed in learning when encouraged with the right mindset. It is important as a teacher to inspire our students to develop confidence, perseverance, and a lifelong love of learning. Integrating Biblical principles and worldview into education is an important part of my teaching philosophy.”

We are excited for the wisdom, leadership, and Christ-centered encouragement Dr. Goldsmith will bring to our middle and high school students and our entire school community. ❤️🏫

📚✨ P.R.C.A. is excited to announce the appointment of Ms. Isabella Parker as Kindergarten Teacher!

Ms. Parker holds a B.A. in Education Studies from the Baptist University of Florida and recently completed her first year teaching Kindergarten.

Ms. Parker shared:
“My favorite part of teaching is building meaningful connections with students and watching their enthusiasm for learning grow over time.”

We are grateful for the Lord’s continued provision as He brings passionate, Christ-centered educators to Pleasant Ridge Christian Academy. Mrs. King holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Northwest Florida State College and brings 4 years of classroom experience to Pleasant Ridge Christian Academy.

Mrs. King shared:

📣 P.R.C.A. is excited to announce the appointment of Mrs. Allie Spiva as our new Director of Administration!

Mrs. Spiva brings extensive experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and instructional coaching. Throughout her career, she has supported teachers and administrators through professional learning, curriculum design, and instructional leadership initiatives across K–12 settings.

In addition to her background in classroom teaching and school leadership, Mrs. Spiva is the Founding Director of Classical Conversations in Freeport, where she built and led a learning environment focused on academic excellence and purpose-filled education. Her work has deepened her appreciation for what families are truly seeking in education: not only strong academics, but an environment where children are known, nurtured, challenged, and guided with intention within a Christian community.

Mrs. Spiva shares:
“In the almost twenty years spent in the field of education, I have served in a wide range of roles, and across each of these roles, one thread has remained constant: I love helping educators grow, strengthening instruction, and creating systems that support meaningful student learning.”
