Happy Father's Day to our Scout Dad's. You step up and make sure that every Scout has someone they can rely on; that "bonus dad" ready to step in and take care of the Scouts in their charge not only at camp, but anytime duty calls. You are there for them, and you are appreciated! We salute you 🫡⚜️

Between the rain storms, we Passed our 3 hr inspection, and they checked Everything!

They brought the Biggest team of inspectors ever and our Summer Camp Leadership team did phenomenal! Our staff did phenomenal! The inspectors were adamant about praising the quality of Staff and program that they witnessed being delivered.

Camp Director Quin is missing in the picture because he did such a great job getting us to the finish line, that they grabbed him in an emergency to help out our friends at the Puerto Rico’s Summer Camp for a month and a half!

I couldn’t be more proud of my 2026 staff! With a 58% increase in summer camp attendance, experiencing tent and cot shortages, lots of rain, and a stressed Camp infrastructure, they are successfully delivering a high quality program to more people than they ever have!

Feeling truly blessed!

Rise and ride! The trails at STSR are perfect for cyclist of all skill levels to work on the Cycling Merit Badge at Summer Camp. Scouts learn to safely traverse different types of paths and terrain and build up endurance for their ultimate 22 mile trek.

Week 1 of STSR Summer Camp 2026 is in the books, and what a great week it was! 🏕️
There is nothing quite like watching Scouts roll in on Sunday not knowing what to expect and walk out Saturday morning with new skills, new friends, and that look in their eyes that tells you something clicked. That's what this place does. Every. Single. Year.
