This week, we're shining the spotlight on Andrew L. Tuttle Memorial Museum!

The Tuttle Museum is dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Defiance and the surrounding area. The museum began with the extensive collection of Andrew L. Tuttle, a lifelong Defiance resident who bequeathed his collection of Native American artifacts, coins, documents, stamps, military memorabilia, and more to the City of Defiance. The museum officially opened its doors to the public in May 2011.

Today, exhibits at the Tuttle help tell the story of our community and the people, places, and events that have shaped Defiance over the years. Exhibits change over time, giving visitors the chance to discover something new and learn more about the history right here in our community.

If you haven't visited the Tuttle Museum, it's a great place to explore and learn more about what makes Defiance a great place to live!

Thank you to the Andrew L. Tuttle Memorial Museum for being a valued member of the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce and for helping preserve our community's history for generations to come! 💙💛
