Available thru our 4-H App.

Please complete prior to arriving at the Fair. Market Animals: Must have tag information to complete. If your market animal needs re-tagged , then wait to complete DUNF after new tag. Poultry entry 00 for tag.

Please only complete for animals actually going to the Fair.

QA Question: EVERYONE Check YES I have attended QA.

Remember your animal must be DRUG FREE as of Friday of move-in. Do not enter medication that you gave this past summer that does not have a withdrawal time.
