A Night Without A Home Experience A Night Without A Home on Thursday, October 19, on the campus of Defiance College.

NOCAC's PATH Center and Defiance College are partnering once again to present this homelessness awareness event in northwest Ohio. A Night Without A Home provides an opportunity to discuss, think and learn about homelessness through several interactive events and activities sponsored by The PATH Center of Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission and Defiance College. Seventy Five tents will b

e displayed on the front lawn of Defiance College’s campus to represent persons dealing with homelessness in rural Northwest Ohio. Participants can walk through Tent City and hear first-hand about homelessness from several people in our community. Dozens more stories about the homeless in northwest Ohio will also be posted for participants to read as they stroll through the tents. People are also welcome to spend the night in the tents to get a taste of what it might feel like to be without a home. This awareness raising event will add to the education process for anyone learning about homelessness. Whether you come for the evening, or you stay the whole night, A Night Without A Home promises to be a fun and educational event for the entire community.
